JUNIOR - (2006): Set the school record in the 1500 and 5,000 meter races ... ran a 3:50.70 in the 1500 and a 14:43.38 in the 5,000 ... also set indoor school records in indoor track in the mile and the 5,000 ... ran a 4:10.69 in the mile nad a 14:48.68 in the 5,000 ... placed first in the 1500 at the Independent Championships ... also ran a season best time of 8:38.82 in the 3,000m in an Indoor meet at Idaho State ... ran a team best time in the outdoor 3,000m by recording a time 8:37.91 at SUU.

Prepped at Provo High School ... in 1998 and 1999 was on cross country region championship team ... was on the state championship team in 1999 ... he was all-region and all-state for cross country ... also hold a 5k record at kiwanis park.
