JUNIOR ~ (2007): Competed in four of the Wolverines six events during the season ... raced in the Utah State Invitational, BYU Autumn Classic, Montana State Bobcat Invitational and the Southern Utah Color Country Classic ... finished sixth among UV runners at the Autumn Classic with a time of 21:25.50 in the four mile run.

SOPHOMORE ~ (2006): Named the September 2006 Scholar Athlete of the Month ... also named to the Independent All-Academic team ... competed in five meets ... ran a 27:18 at the Roy Griak Invitational ... had a time of 21:14.60 at the BYU Autumn Classic ... also competed in the SUU Color Country Invitational and the Independent Championships.

FRESHMAN ~ (2005): Competed in all seven meets ... ran a 21:58.7 in his first college meet at the BYU Autumn Classic ... ran a 26:11 at the Montana State Meet ... also competed at the Roy Griak Meet, the Big Green Invite, the SUU Color Color Country Meet and the Independent Championships.

Prepped at Red River High School ... was all-region and all-state in 2003 and 2004 ... and was all-state in the 4x800 in 2003 and 2004.
