JUNIOR ~ (2007): Named the Perry Homes Student Athlete of the Month for September ... competed in all six events for the Wolverines ... finished first among UV runners in all six events ... finished sixth overall with a time of 26:52.70 to start the season at the eight-kilometer Utah State Invitational ... finished with a time of 20:19.70 at the BYU Autumn classic, good for 15th ... finished with a time of 25:36.00, just 1:23 behind the first-place finisher at the Montana State Bobcat Inviational (five mile run) ... finished fifth overall at the Southern Utah Color Country Classic, helping the men's team to its first first place finish in the program's history ... time of 24:45.12 was good for second place overall at the Independent Championships, leading UV to its first men's Independent Championship.

SOPHOMORE ~ (2006): Earned Independent All-Academic honors ... competed in all six meets ... finished second at the SUU Color Country Invitational by running a 23:56.06 in the 4.5 mile race ... finished third at the Utah Fall Twilight Meet (25:43.40) ... finished 11th at the Division I Independent championships.

FRESHMAN ~ (2005): Only competed in track ... ran a 15:26.74 in the 5,000 at the Idaho State Invitational Indoor Meet ... had the second best team time in the 3,000m indoor run by running a 8:42.86 at Idaho State ... ran a 4:23.65 at the BYU Indoor meet ... ran a 9:16.34 in the 3,000 Steeplechase at the Independent Nationals ... also had a mark of 15:17.84 in the 5,000 at the Long Beach Invitational.

Prepped at Panguitch High School ... lettered in baseball, basketball, track, golf, cross country, weight lifting and wrestling ... finished third in state in the 1600 and was 8th in cross country ... holds high school records in the 1600 and 3200 ... baseball team finished second at state ... won his weight class in weight lifting.

Other College ...
Was sixth in junior college national cross country meet and seventh in the steeplechase ... was the SWAC cross country champ in 2002, second in the steeplechase at the Independent Nationals and fourth in the 800.
