SOPHOMORE ~ (2007): Competed in all six of Utah Valley's events ... finished second among Wolverine runners at the BYU Autumn Classic with a time of 21:05.60 in the four mile event ... posted nearly a two minute improvement in eith kilometer races from the Utah State Invitational to start the year to the Independent Championships to end the year ... an important part of the first UV men's teams to post a team first place finish ... part of the first UV team to win a men's team Independent Championship.

FRESHMAN ~ (2006): Competed in all six meets for the Wolverines ... ran a 20:41 at the Idaho State Invitational and a 24:51.77 at the SUU Color Country Invitational ... ran a 27:48.1 at the Independent Championships ... also ran at the Roy Griak, Utah Fall Twilight Meet and the BYU Autumn Classic.

REDSHIRT ~ (2005): Redshirted during the 2005 season.
